Summary
This study is testing a new group therapy called Motivation Skills Training (MST) for adults with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. It aims to help participants understand and manage their motivation to improve daily functioning and reach personal goals. The therapy is compared to a group focused on healthy behaviors, with both meeting weekly for about 3 months.
