NCT ID NCT06202937

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether mother-baby yoga could help mothers of preterm infants feel less fragile about their baby, improve bonding, and reduce depression, anxiety, and stress. Sixty mothers and their preterm babies participated, with half doing yoga and half receiving usual care. The yoga group practiced together at home, aiming to improve emotional well-being and mother-infant connection.
