Summary
This early-stage study involves 8 healthy adult men to understand how the experimental drug mosliciguat is absorbed, broken down, and removed from the body. Participants receive the drug by inhalation, injection, and mouth over three periods. The goal is to measure drug levels and radioactivity in blood, urine, and stool, not to treat any disease.
