Summary

This study will enroll 200 multiple trauma patients at a trauma center in Iraq to see which of two scoring systems—the Revised Trauma Score (RTS) or the MGAP score—better predicts death and other outcomes. Participants will be scored upon arrival and followed during their hospital stay. The goal is to improve how doctors quickly assess injury severity and make treatment decisions.
