Summary
This study tests whether giving morphine during coronary artery bypass surgery can improve pain control and reduce side effects like nausea after the operation. Sixty adults scheduled for elective heart surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either morphine or no additional morphine during the procedure. Researchers will measure pain levels and side effects in the first 24 hours after surgery.
