NCT ID NCT06850766
First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking the chemotherapy drug temozolomide in the morning or evening is practical for people with glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer. About 50 adults who have already had surgery and radiation will be randomly assigned to take their medication either in the morning or at night. The goal is to see if patients can stick to a specific dosing time, which may help plan larger future studies on timing cancer treatment.
