Summary
This study looked at 245 women with early-stage hormone-sensitive breast cancer to see if taking their daily hormone therapy in the morning or evening made a difference in side effects and quality of life. Participants were randomly assigned to take their medication either in the morning or at night. The goal was to find out if timing could help reduce common side effects like hot flashes and fatigue, making it easier for patients to stick with their treatment.
