NCT ID NCT03578003
First seen Nov 16, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether sitting in bright light for 60 minutes each morning can improve sleep quality in veterans who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and may also have PTSD. Researchers will track sleep with a wrist monitor and questionnaires before, during, and after 4 weeks of light therapy. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach can ease insomnia and daytime sleepiness.
