This study looks at whether taking moringa leaf powder daily can help breastfeeding mothers produce more milk and improve the health of both mom and baby. About 100 mothers and their newborns will be randomly assigned to eat porridge with or without moringa for four months. Researchers will track milk output, hormone levels, and infant growth for up to two years.
