Summary
This study aims to better predict and monitor heart problems in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. Researchers will follow 5,000 adults, using regular blood tests and heart scans to try to spot early signs of damage. The goal is to build a system that identifies patients at highest risk, so doctors can act sooner to protect their hearts and quality of life.
