Personalized medicine trial aims to match Kids' cancers with tailored drugs

Summary
This study is for children and teens with cancer that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. Researchers will use advanced genetic testing of each child's tumor to select specific anticancer drugs that target the tumor's unique molecular features. The main goals are to find the safest dose of these drugs and to see if they can shrink or control the cancer. Up to 472 participants will be enrolled across Europe.
