New hope for lymphoma patients whose cancer returns after a year

Summary
This study tests two different chemotherapy combinations in 70 adults whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has come back more than 12 months after initial treatment. Participants will receive either the modified R-MINE regimen or the R-GemOx regimen for four 21-day cycles. The goal is to see which combination leads to more complete remissions, with follow-up monitoring for side effects and long-term outcomes.
