Summary

This study is for children and young adults (up to age 21) with high-risk blood cancers like leukemia and lymphoma. It tests a modified blood cell transplant from a partially matched family donor. The donor cells are processed in a lab to remove certain immune cells that can cause a harmful reaction, with the goal of better controlling the cancer and improving survival.
