Summary
This early-phase study tested the safety and initial effectiveness of a new drug called modakafusp alfa, both alone and combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab), in adults with advanced solid tumors or melanoma. The main goals were to find a safe dose and check for side effects. The study was terminated early and enrolled a limited number of participants.
