New hope for endometrial cancer: Mo-Rez drug faces chemo in major trial

NCT ID NCT07286331

First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jul 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This large Phase 3 study tests a new drug called mocertatug rezetecan (Mo-Rez) against standard chemotherapy for people with endometrial cancer that has progressed after platinum-based chemo and immunotherapy. About 600 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Mo-Rez or one of two standard chemo drugs (paclitaxel or doxorubicin). The main goals are to see if Mo-Rez shrinks tumors better and delays cancer growth compared to standard care.
