Summary

This study looks at whether teaching patients simple movement exercises before lumbar stabilization surgery can help reduce pain, anxiety, fear of moving, and fear of falling after the operation. About 60 adults having back surgery for the first time will take part. They will learn the exercises through a video with VR glasses or a brochure, and their recovery will be tracked using standard questionnaires.
