Summary

This study looks at whether a program of supervised exercise and nutrition advice can prevent older adults from losing their ability to move around. Participants get a personalized exercise plan and dietary counseling, and their physical function is tracked for one year.

Active substance

multicomponent exercise program and nutritional counseling

What this could lead to

If successful, this could show that a simple program of exercise and nutrition advice helps older adults stay mobile and independent longer.
