Summary
This study tests a free mobile app called Stappvoorstap for adults on mental health waiting lists in the Netherlands. The app tracks daily stress, offers coping tips, relaxation exercises, and educational content. Over 4 weeks, 54 participants will use the app and complete questionnaires to see if it lowers stress and improves quality of life during the wait.
