HIV prevention pills delivered on wheels to High-Risk communities

NCT ID NCT04782180

Summary

This study tested whether providing HIV prevention medication (PrEP) immediately at a needle exchange program helps people stay HIV-negative. Researchers enrolled 90 adults who use the syringe service and tested negative for HIV. They measured if getting the medicine right at the exchange site improved how consistently people took it over six months.
