Summary
This study tested whether a mobile chatbot could encourage more people aged 50-75 in Hong Kong to complete colorectal cancer screening. About 500 participants received either standard information or chatbot-based reminders and education. The goal was to see if the chatbot increased the number of people who returned their fecal test kits within three to six months.
