First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether a mobile health exercise program can improve physical function, reduce fatigue, and enhance mood and quality of life in older adults (age 60+) with myeloid neoplasms who are receiving chemotherapy. About 170 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or a standard education group. The goal is to see if a simple, at-home exercise routine can make daily activities easier and improve well-being during cancer treatment.
