NCT ID NCT06195943
First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health exercise program, called EL-FIT, is practical and safe for people with NASH (a type of fatty liver disease). Seventeen adults with NASH used the app to follow exercise sessions at home. The main goal was to see if at least half of them could complete most of the workouts. This was a small pilot study to gather information, not to treat the disease.
