First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a mobile app that sends personalized tips to help people stop binge eating and lose weight. Researchers want to learn which strategies work best for different people and in what order. About 300 adults with obesity and frequent binge eating will use the app for several weeks. The goal is to improve future digital treatments, not to cure the condition.
