Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app called NUDGE can help teenagers and young adults with cystic fibrosis stay active or become more active. Participants will use the app, which acts like a chatbot coach to help set goals and track progress. The goal is to see if this digital tool is practical and acceptable for encouraging physical activity in this group.
