First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study compares two versions of a smartphone app called LiFT (Living Free from Tobacco) to help young adults ages 18-30 quit nicotine and tobacco products. About 140 participants will use one of two app versions: one focuses on building mental flexibility to quit, the other provides educational content. The main goal is to see which version users find more helpful and easy to use, not to measure long-term quitting success.
