NCT ID NCT07391072
Summary
This study is testing a mobile phone app called Stappvoorstap, designed to help adults manage stress while they wait to start mental health treatment. The app helps users track daily stress, learn their personal patterns, and provides coping strategies and relaxation exercises. Researchers want to see if using the app for 4 weeks can reduce stress and improve wellbeing during this waiting period.
