Summary

This study tests whether a mobile health program that sends text messages and offers counseling can help women living with HIV make better decisions about contraception and pregnancy. About 3,300 women in HIV care will take part. The goal is to see if the program reduces unplanned pregnancies and improves use of birth control while they manage their HIV.
