Summary

This study tested a mobile app designed to help women manage lymphedema (arm swelling) and improve their quality of life after breast cancer surgery. Sixty women who had breast-conserving surgery or lymph node removal used the app for education, exercise guidance, and symptom tracking. The goal was to see if the app could make daily care easier and boost well-being.
