Smartphone app aims to tackle HIV testing gaps in china
NCT ID NCT05484895
Summary
This study tested whether a mobile app could help men at high risk for HIV in China test themselves more regularly and connect to care if needed. About 1,800 HIV-negative men were randomly assigned to either use the special app or receive standard information. Researchers checked in over 18 months to see if the app led to more testing and better connections to healthcare services.
