Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone app combined with virtual peer support can help young men who have sex with men start and stay on HIV prevention medication (PrEP). The program delivers tailored information and connects participants with trained peers to overcome common barriers to care. Researchers aim to see if this approach reduces HIV risk behaviors in 500 young people across the US.
