First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a mobile app called BumptUp can help pregnant women who don't currently exercise get more motivated and improve their heart health. Researchers will compare two groups of healthy pregnant women in their second trimester: one group uses the app for 8 weeks, the other does not. The goal is to see if the app leads to better blood vessel function, heart rate variability, and lower artery stiffness.
