Summary
This study tested a mobile app called Mobile Diabetes Detective (MoDD) to help people with type 2 diabetes better manage their condition. 248 adults used the app to improve problem-solving skills, blood sugar control, and daily self-care. The goal was to see if the app could lead to lasting health improvements over a year.
