This study tests whether a mobile app called Tools for Coping with Cancer can help people with a history of cancer reduce distress and improve mood and quality of life. About 50 adults who have had cancer will use the app at home for 8 weeks and fill out questionnaires about their feelings and experiences. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helpful for coping.
