Summary

This study tested a mobile app called EASE to help people manage anxiety and depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. It included 822 adults who identified as Black, Hispanic, or American Indian and had significant anxiety or depression symptoms. The app provided symptom tracking, stress management tips, and education on how stress affects health.
