Summary
This study tested whether a mobile health program could help breast cancer patients in underserved areas better manage their pain. The program combined video coaching sessions with a simple phone app to teach pain coping skills. Researchers compared it to a basic health education app to see which was more effective at reducing pain and improving daily life for 180 participants.
