NCT ID NCT06798857
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at 1,471 people with colon cancer to see if a DNA repair feature (called MMR status) affects how cancer spreads to lymph nodes and how long patients live. Researchers compared two groups: those with normal repair (pMMR) and those with faulty repair (dMMR). The goal was to find out who might need less extensive surgery. The study is complete and aims to help doctors make better treatment decisions.
