First seen Mar 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study measures two proteins in the blood, MMP2 and MMP9, to see if they can predict how well certain drugs work in people with kidney cancer that has spread. Researchers will compare patients treated with anti-angiogenic drugs to those not receiving these drugs. The goal is to find a simple blood test that helps doctors choose the best treatment for each patient.
