Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called MKP10241 in healthy adults and people with obesity, with or without type 2 diabetes. The main goals are to see if food changes how the drug works, how safe it is, and how the body processes it. About 68 participants will take either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood.
