Summary
This study tested a combination of two drugs (MK3475 and cyclophosphamide) in 129 people with advanced sarcomas that could not be removed by surgery or had spread. The goal was to see if the treatment could shrink tumors or stop them from growing for at least 6 months. The trial included different types of sarcomas to see which might benefit most.
