Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called MK-6837, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 168 adults with various metastatic cancers will take part.
