Summary
This study tested whether a dietary supplement called Mito-MES could prevent severe viral infections, like COVID-19, in adults who had close contact with someone sick. 80 healthy adults who were exposed to a person with respiratory symptoms took the supplement or served as controls. Researchers measured how many got sick and how severe their symptoms were.
