Brain-Computer training aims to get stroke survivors walking again

Summary
This study tests a new training method called MINT that uses a muscle-computer interface to help people who have had a stroke walk better. Researchers will enroll 72 adults with leg weakness from a stroke that happened at least 6 months ago. Participants will practice using the device to improve their walking speed and endurance.
