Summary
This study looked at whether a special needle device (vacuum-assisted biopsy) can completely remove small breast cancers using ultrasound guidance, instead of traditional surgery. 45 women with small, early-stage breast cancers participated. The goal was to see if this less invasive method could successfully remove the entire tumor, which might mean fewer side effects and faster recovery.
