First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether adding mini-squat exercises at different knee angles (30°, 45°, or 60°) to regular leg press workouts changes thigh muscle strength in football players. 60 male athletes aged 18-30 took part. The goal was to see which angle best improves the balance between hamstring and quadriceps strength, which may help prevent injuries.
