Walking and mindfulness combined to ease caregiver stress in south asian community

Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week mindful walking program can reduce stress and improve thinking skills in older South Asian family caregivers (age 45+) who care for someone with cognitive disabilities. Fifty participants will be split into two groups: one does mindful walking with a Fitbit and motivational texts, the other continues usual care. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps with stress, physical activity, and confidence.
