Can an app ease the mental burden for young people after cancer?
NCT ID NCT06732375
Summary
This study is testing a new online program called Mindset Moments to see if it's a practical and helpful way to support young cancer survivors. It aims to help 19-25 year olds who have finished their main cancer treatment but are still struggling with anxiety, depression, or distress. Participants will try an 8-week program of weekly group video calls and short daily app activities to build coping skills.
