Summary

This study is testing whether mindfulness training and yoga can help teenagers with type 1 diabetes. Researchers want to see if these practices can lower stress, improve quality of life, and potentially help with blood sugar control. The study involves 90 teens aged 13 to 18 who have had diabetes for at least a year.
