Summary
This study compares two programs to help college students sleep better. Researchers want to see if a 6-week mindfulness training course is more effective than a standard sleep education program. They will enroll about 240 UCLA students who report poor sleep and measure changes in sleep quality, stress, mood, and inflammation over a year.
