Summary

This study is testing whether mindfulness-based therapy can help people with serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar disorder. Researchers are working with 160 patients at community mental health centers to see if adding mindfulness therapy to regular treatment improves symptoms and quality of life. The goal is to make this effective therapy more available in local mental health clinics where many patients receive care.
