Summary

This study aimed to understand how mindfulness-based therapy affects brain activity in people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Researchers compared two types of group therapy delivered over 8 weeks via video calls. They used brain scans and surveys to measure changes before and after treatment to see how therapy might work in the brain.
